Phillips Ice Service is dedicated to dispatching any warranty service call within 24-36 hours.
The technician will arrive onsite to diagnose the repair, parts if (required) will be ordered. Once the parts arrive, the tech will return to make all repairs putting the equipment back in service to make ice per factory specs.

Preventative Maintenace: If the technician cannot find a faulty part and the machine is failing because of neglect, that service is billable to the customer.
Water filter: If the technician finds a water filter that is not allowing water flow through the machine, that is the customer's responsibility.
Ice thickness adjustments, clogged bin drains, unlevel machine, GFI tripping, power outages which could require a factory reset by a trained technician, customer damaging the evaporator plate, extreme calcium build up, clogged water lines, and Miscellaneous adjustments.
